To ensure a mother’s good health, a safe and healthy pregnancy, and the well-being of the newborn, Saint Dr. MSG introduced the following life-saving initiatives:

Respect Motherhood

Under this initiative, Dera Sacha Sauda volunteers provide healthy and nutritious food kits—containing dry fruits, fresh fruits, and other essential items—to extremely poor pregnant women.

Every month, Dera Sacha Sauda organizes free medical camps where these women receive:

• Free medical check-ups
• Consultations with healthcare professionals
• Mandatory medicines, including prenatal vitamins
• Necessary treatments

All services are provided completely free of cost, ensuring that no woman is left behind due to poverty.

Mother-Child Guardians

Many new mothers, especially those in destitute circumstances, lack a support system or the financial means to provide proper care for their newborns.

This often leads to preventable illnesses in infants, and tragically, in some cases, even loss of life due to lack of timely treatment.

To combat this, Saint Dr. MSG appealed to volunteers to step in as guardians, offering support to such mothers—helping nurture the child until the mother is self-sufficient and able to care for the baby independently.

Initiatives such as Sorrow-free Journey, The New Morn, and Anticipated Life are dedicated to supporting divorced or widowed women in rebuilding their lives through remarriage. A specialized department at Dera Sacha Sauda assists in finding suitable matches and extends every possible support throughout the process.

These efforts enable young women—including single mothers—to embrace life once again with hope, confidence, and joy.

In Reverence and Gratitude: Celebrating Mothers and Our Guru
