Days Diet Details
Day-1
1 Kg of any one of the fruits-Watermelon, Muskmelon or Orange.
250 grams of Apple/Apricot or 0.5 Kg Papaya.
200 grams of any one of the fruits- Guava,Pineapple, Strawberry or Peach
250 grams of Pomegranate or Black currant
Day-2
200 grams of Green gram/Split red lentil(masoor dal)/Split red gram(arhar)/Red kidney beans/Black eyed beans/Black gram or 700 grams of Green peas.
750 grams of Cucumber/Carrot/Reddish.

600 grams of Bell pepper/lady finger/Bottle gourd/Cauliflower/Cabbage/Brinjal/Jackfruit
250 grams of Onion

Day-3
400 grams of White goose-foot/Spinach/Fenugreek leaves/Green Mustard
600 grams of Bell pepper/lady finger/Bottle gourd/Cauliflower/Cabbage/Brinjal/Jackfruit
750 grams of Cucumber/Carrot/Reddish.
250 grams of Onion
Day-4
8-10 Bananas
500 grams of milk
Day-5
300 grams of cheese
Day-6
300 grams of cheese or rice without Ghee.
Day-7
Three glass of Juice
400 grams of White goose-foot/Spinach/Fenugreek leaves/Green Mustard
750 grams of Cucumber/Carrot/Reddish.
600 grams of Bell pepper/lady finger/Bottle gourd/Cauliflower/Cabbage/Brinjal/Jackfruit
250 grams of Onion
250 grams of Tomato

Directions:

  • Any soup without sugar can be taken everyday.
  • If required, sugrefree tablets can be used.
  • Vegetables are to be cooked in water and Ghee is not to be used at all.
  • After completion of this 7 day course, one chapati can be taken in morning and evening both.
  • When done with dedication, this 7 day course can reduce up to 3 Kg weight.
  • This course can be repeated twice in a month.

Tonic for Memory Power

Ingredients:

50 grams Butter,2 Dates,2-3 Cardamom(small),10-15 almonds,1 gram tawaseer

Method:

Soak dates,cardamom and almonds in water overnight. Peel off almonds and cardamom the next morning. Remove the seed from dates. Make a paste of all these ingredients. Add tavaseer and sugar to taste. This paste is to be taken with butter. Cleanse the butter with water, 2-3 time, before using it. Stomach should be empty before the intake of this tonic. Besides, you should not have anything at least for half an hour after taking it.

Precautions:

Tea should be avoided as far as possible.

Tonic for children with 5-10 years of age

Ingredients:

25-30 grams butter, 1 date, 1-2 cardamom(small),10-12 almonds, 0.5 gram tavaseer

Method:

Soak dates,cardamom and almonds in water overnight. Peel off almonds and cardamom the next morning. Remove the seed from dates. Make a paste of all these ingredients. Add tavaseer and sugar to taste.
